We produce two primary varieties of rare earth magnets, i.e., Neodymium and Samarium-cobalt. Out of these, neodymium type rare earth magnet is comparatively cheaper. The bonded samarium cobalt materials are anisotropic magnets which are manufactured by using binders such as epoxy resins to hold the powder in place, rather than sintering the alloy. Though coating is provided to the magnets to prevent them from corrosion but samarium cobalt magnets do not need any coatings or platings after processing. However, for cleanliness sometimes advanced coating is provided. The coating in this case acts much like a sealant. Occasionally the samarium cobalt (SmCo) magnet may get discolored which is typically due to some iron impurities and is generally not a cause for plating. The rusting appearance does not continue through the material.

| Sheet magnets are one of the most inexpensive magnets that are available in the market. These magnets are smooth, nonporous and are all weather resistant. The strength of the magnets can be increased by either increasing the width of the sheet or through magnetizing method.
The magnetic strips can also be supplied with a pressure sensitive adhesive backing or foam tape backing on one side for more bonding strength. For increasing the holding power, in some case, these magnets are also provided with steel backing to increase the holding power. In stainless steel permanent magnet tubes the T-Trap employs a slip in cage. In magnet tubes the captured tramp metal particles migrate to the rear of the tubes where they remain protected from wash - off until the tubes are cleaned. The magnet cage has positioning lungs that meet with locating recesses in the body of the T-Trap preventing rotation as fluid flows through the trap. Having a top access bolt on steel plate and seal, the T-Trap is easy to clean. With the top the magnet cage is simply lifted out, wiped clean and reinstalled.
