Globe Valves We supply a range of globe valves designed using metallic alloys and other synthetic substances selected on the basis of pressure, temperature and controlled media properties. Named for their spherical body shape, these globe valves find wide application in areas requiring throttling operations and the need to control flow in pipelines. Butterfly Valves We supply a well designed gamut of butterfly valves that is used to regulate the flow of fluids through a series of pipes. It is a flow controlling device, similar in operation to the ball valves but unlike the ball valve, the plate is present within the flow and a pressure drop is injected. The valves when open allows the disc to rotate, allowing unrestricted flow and when close, the disc is turned to stop the passage of flow. The actuator turns a quarter with the disc rotating from 0° to 90°, hence the term quarter-turn valves. The butterfly valves comprises of the body, irreplaceable resilient disk, stem, packing for protection, notched positioning plate and an actuator.
Apart from regulating fluids, it is also applicable in fire apparatus and larger lines such as front and rear suctions and tank to pump lines. We supply a variety of butterfly valves differing in features, styles, designs and usage, some of which includes the following kinds :

Check Valves We offer a highly qualitative gamut of check valves, also referred to as the clack valves or non return valves. These check valves allow the flow of fluids in one single direction and therefore named as one-way valves and as they have two openings, one being for the fluid to enter and the other for it to exit, it is termed as two port valves. The check valves are made from qualitative metal and plastic providing durability and low maintenance. Part of the common household products, the check valves function without external control. The most vital aspect of these valves is the cracking pressure, the pressure at which it functions. Gate Valves We supply gate valves, also referred to as the sluice valve that opens up by lifting a gate/wedge and is at times used to restrict the flow of fluids as either it opens up or shuts up completely. When open it does not restrict the passage of flow and as a result it leads to low friction loss. Characteristically the rising stem used for visual indication of valve position, non rising stem used where in the vertical space is restricted and the bonnets, be it union,bolted or pressure seal, each one is designed to efficiently function as leak proof closure for the valve body. Water Level Gauge We offer top notch quality water level gauge, that helps to measure and indicate the pressure of water that equals the depth of the tank. The accuracy of the gauge is about 2%. 1 P.S.I= 28 inches water deep. Even if there is a continuous pumping of air, the readings on the gauge is not altered. The vertical position too has no influences on the measurement, be it ground level or roof top level. The water level gauge we export is perfectly suitable for a depth of 8ft. |
