Avis is manufacturing heading pellets widely used in fastener industries for cold forging and hot forging applications. We have wide range of toolings to manufacture pellet size from Ø6 to Ø150 mm. Heading pellets are available in ground (OD/Face) conditions with standard tolerances. These heading pellets are manufactured in our AW65 grade which is equivalent to std 26% cobalt grade.

We manufacture standard pellets for wire, tube and bar drawing applications. These applications demand crucial combination of properties like wear resistance, surface finishing, hardness, compressive strength etc.

We manufacture various types of standard tips confirming to ISO, BSS, SMS in sintered grade.
Besides std tips, avis always develops special tips as per customers' requirements for various industrial applications.

Tungsten carbide products are subjected to severe working conditions against working load.
Avis has introduced different tungsten carbide products to suit geological conditions, designed for granite, basalt, sandstone, coal etc.

3) Buttons for DTH boring bits.
