Quality testing:

• For the purpose of leak testing, the pumps are tested with a cut-off pressure of 1.5bar

• The endurance test is done by:

  • Heating the fuel to 85ºC

  • And then, the pumps are allowed to work for 8 hours.

• Discharge, shut-off and normal & shut-off pressure are checked under suitable voltage.(Either 12 volt or 24 volt depending upon the pump)
