As per the quality manual procedure of the organization, our quality experts conduct various tests right from the procurement of raw material to the assembly & testing of final component. They conduct following tests on electronic fuel feed pumps (24 volt):

• For the purpose of leak testing, the pumps are stringently tested with a cut-off pressure of 1.5bar

• Endurance test, which is done by:

  • Heating the fuel to 85ºC

  • And then, the pumps are allowed to work for 8 hours.

• Normal & shut off pressure and discharge are checked under suitable voltage (either 12 volt or 24 volt depending upon the pump)

 

Apart from these, we also test mechanical fuel feed and other pumps on various well-defined parameters such as tolerance, stability, accuracy, and strength. This ensures the delivery of superior quality pumps to clients.
