Alloy features better resistance in thermal cyclical, withstands repeated mechanical stress, high temperature creep and strength against shock. Available in bar and wire solder as well as performs. Alloy is also available for feeding to solder pots.

Sai's soldering fluxes are manufactured under the guidance of highly technical expert with strict quality control technique. All fluxes are upgraded time to time as per requirement of customer and their applications. The fluxes meet all the requirement of IPC-STANDARD and BELLCORE specification. R-400/-No Clean, 4.50 15% SOLID YELLOW	Very low solid residue, provides non washing finish for industrial equipment boards, good wettability.Suitable for both lacquer coated and double sided PCB
R-350/-No Clean, 2.50% SOLID LEMON YELLOW	Does not contain any resin and halide, non visible and non washing residue, good shinny solder joints. Suitable for double sided computer motherboard, VCD, DVD boards and SMT application
R-300/-No Clean, 2.50 VOC FREE WATER WHITE	VOC free flux, halide free. Very low level of non tacky and non visible residue does no interfere for pin testing. execellent wetting for both bare copper and double sided through holePCB

These machines are low cost substitute to attain high quality PCB soldering and are suitable for single/ double/ PTH/ multi-layered PCB's. These machines have digital temperature controllers for solder bath and controlled motorized movement of PCB into the solder bath.
