Our assortment of reciprocating positive displacement pumps has the capacity of positive displacement of fluid at a fixed volume rate. The fluid is mechanically removed through their pump passages on a regular cycle. Regardless of the system they discharge into, while their volume and pressure are remaining constant. The driving devices of our pumps control the speed, volume & pressure.
Some standard specifications of these displacement pumps are:
- Discharge pressures of a 1 to 1000 PSI
- Low speed and fixed volume per cycle
- Handle very viscid fluids well
- Smaller than centrifugal pumps

Our highly competent triplex pumps are suitable in varied hydrostatic testing, vessel testing, pipe testing, high pressure accumulator charging and tube testing. These consist design engineering, effective service values, and require minimum maintenance cost. The standard capacity and pressure of these pumps are:

Power End:
- Power Frame: Have a rugged CI crankcase designed with heavy cross-section to handle necessary loads. Further, these have adequate openings for easy maintenance
- Crankshaft: Their crankshafts are made from nickel chrome moly forged bars and grounded & hardened to ensure fine tolerances
- Main Bearings: Consist heavy duty taper roller bearings
- Connecting Rod: Consist forged connecting rods, small end with bush bearing & big end with shell bearing are used in them
- Cross head: These heads are machined from alloy steel & hardened and grounded to fine tolerances
Fluid End:
- Their valves are assembled from one side i.e. from the top of the head only. The valve sets are not fitted by pressing them. Therefore, the valves can be easily inserted & removed. Further, the valves & valve sets can easily be reconditioned at our own factory
- Designs of the valves and staffing boxes are simple and it enables us in their easy and swift assembly & disassembly
- The staffing boxes can be easily removed from the plungers & can be replaced with spare sets. At our repair unit, these removed staffing boxes can be repaired or reconditioned
- Wetted parts of these pumps are made from various types of materials of construction. Hence, these remain fit for a wide range of applications and with varied liquid
