We are facilitated with fully equipped testing laboratory for testing our products before sending them to our customers. At our in-house facility, we conduct the SOTE (Standard Oxygen Transfer Efficiency) test for all kinds of diffusers. These test facilities include the following:

• DO meters
• Blower
• Variable frequency drives to vary the airflow
• Flow transmitter for precision airflow measurement
• Temperature transmitter for temperature measurement
• Pressure sensor for pressure measurements

In addition to this, we also have the facility for testing SOTE (Standard Oxygen Transfer Efficiency) of fine bubble membrane diffuser for aeration system. This facility is available as per ASCE standards. We also have another Tank size of 12 x 6 x 1.4 mtr depth for laying out pipe grids and test airflow at various point in the grid. We can also check the exact pressure drop across the pipe grid and extrapolate to larger grids.

Scogan's factory at Thandya Industrial area, Mysore district, is spread over two acres of land with a built-up area of 14,000 Square feet. It houses world class manufacturing faculties with modern energy efficient system. Our unit is fitted with the latest technological advancements that facilitate us in rendering unimpeachable services and products. One of our many products is the FPZ blower that was initially imported in fully assembled condition and marketed in India and later on imported only the machined castings and assembled in India. It also had the option of assembling and reselling the products to FPZ, if requested.
