Introduction

Incepted in the year 1996, South Seas Distilleries and Breweries Private Limited are based in lush green environs of Sahyadri mountain range, 120km away from Mumbai. We are the first grain alcohol distillery in Maharashtra who has been successfully manufacturing, exporting and supplying range of alcoholic beverages such as , white rum exporters, trafalgar rum exporters, india, white rum manufacturer, trafalgar rum etc. Under the able guidance of our mentor, Mrs. Rupi Chinoy, we have been able to carve a niche in the liquor industry. Our association with world’s major technology suppliers has enabled us to set up ultra modern manufacturing plant. We also have Pot Still plant and ENA plant where we prepare extra-neutral grain alcohol and white spirits respectively. We are supported by dedicated professionals who use modern technology like continuous jet cooking and latest fermentation processes to prepare liquors in voluminous amount. Their in-depth knowledge enables us to offer pure liquors of exhilarating aroma and soothing taste.

Our proactive team of sales and marketing professionals ensure that our products are reached to wide clientele. We also have strong network system through which we successfully cater to our domestic as well as international clients.

Manufacturing Process

We have been able to offer liquor of excellent taste and exhilarating aroma by using latest technology in production process. Our expert team use their in depth knowledge to prepare alcoholic beverages. The important production steps are:

Procurement of raw material: we procure fresh grains from trusted vendors spread across the country. The raw material is stored in huge galvanized silos to protect them from insects and unfavorable environmental conditions.
Mashing: By using continuous jet cooking technology the slurry (a mixture of water and flour) is subjected to specific temperature. We maintain steady hydro thermic level by using Cooling towers and chilling plants. The quality of the liquor is maintained by storing the unprocessed liquors in latest instruments where temperature and pressure level is maintained.
Fermentation: We use stainless steel fermenters to carry on the fermentation process. In the fermentation vessel sugar is converted into alcohol which in turn is kept in storage tanks made of stainless steel.
Maturation: The processed alcohol is stored in imported bourbon and sherry casks and left for certain period till they mature and attain amber color and smooth taste.

These processes are carried under hygienic condition so that our liquors are safe and pure to consume.

Product

We use optimum quality of raw material that is procured from trusted vendors. To maintain the quality of our liquors we procure fresh grains, fruits like grapes and several others to prepare wide range of pure liquor. We prepare whisky, vodka, gin, rum and many others that are rich in taste. Our liquors are highly demanded in the market because of the following features:

Warehousing & Packaging

We posses a capacious warehouse where we store raw fruits and malts and also the prepared liquors. The newly prepared liquor are stored in imported bourbon and sherry casks and kept in warehouse where the liquor mature to an amber color and smooth taste. The warehouse is regularly cleaned and efficiently managed by our storekeepers to minimize the inventory loss. We regularly fumigate the warehouse to ensure hygienic condition in it so that the quality of our edible products is not damaged. We maintain freezing temperature in the warehouse to maintain the shelf life of our finished liquors. We ensure that our products reach our clients in flawless form so we take special care while packaging them. The alcoholic beverages are packed in designer and attractive bottles of different capacity and stored in corrugated boxes and cartons. the sturdy boxes are also stuffed with supporting material that prevents any damage to our liquors packed in fragile bottles of glass.

They use their in-depth knowledge and experience to prepare pure liquor through various processes of fermentation and distillation.
