Our company is engaged in manufacturing and supplying of Chamber Heating Systems. Our chamber heaters are used to warm or heat enclosed space or rooms. These heaters are used for the multiple purposes i.e. drying, conditioning, ageing curing and testing chambers .

In conventional systems a centralized hot air blower conveys the hot air through insulated ducting and reaches the chamber and job location. A lot of heat loss occurs in the ducting itself while insulation expenses can be very high. These losses and expenses can be lowered by installing our chamber heating systems.


Our chamber heating system consists of air duct pipe with outlets at various points. Sowbal make flange end air heaters can be attached at these points within the chamber to generate heat. Heated air is thus produced within the chamber closer to the product for drying. Some quantity of hot air reaches up and is sucked back by the air blower and sent back to the heater and so on. These heating units are economical to install as well as to operate and have high energy efficiency and longer service life. Our heating systems are suitable for non hazardous and low temperature applications. These units can reduce the installation costs above 50 % than the centralized heaters. These Flange End air heaters are supplied in different power capacities ranging from 500Watts, 1000 Watts, in both 110 volts to220 volts.

These heaters have found increased application in space heating and large volume drying chambers and also for heating rooms like incubators, curing rooms, drying chambers and insulation drying chambers. earlier, in conventional centralized heating the heated air travels up to the hot room through insulated ducting and is used to heat up the chamber. But with the introduction of flanged end air heaters, the insulation costs and the heat loss can be minimized. These heaters can be attached to the air outlet pipes available in the chamber where by the heat is generated inside the chamber itself instead of at an external location. Further, these heaters are supplied in different power capacities ranging from 500 Watts, 1000 Watts, 110 volts to 220 volts.

These are 100% convection based heating equipment, which offer the advantage of quick and simultaneous heating of all individual rods, in the entire charge till the required temperature. Negligible heat is transferred by conduction as different welding rods are kept apart owing to the unique oven design, even while the rods are placed in vertical position.

Hot air at the desired temperature is allowed to flow up along all the vertically positioned welding rods. This ensures hot air encapsulating each rod, which assists in simultaneously drying all the rods. Consequently heating time is reduced and considerable energy is saved. Through this process, rods not only dry but the Constant escape of a small quantity of hot air from the vent, causes the purging the chamber, of moisture released from the rods, thereby improving the drying efficiency. Moreover, the welding quality is far superior, after drying in these ovens offered by us. Owing to these factors, our ovens are extensively used in different fabrication industries.
