The unit is equipped with Moulding Machines complete with Reaves gear and necessary accessories It has a battery of Steel Collapsible Drums for manufacture of steel cages. The fitting section is well equipped with chain pulleys and overhead track. The pipes are well cured in the curing tanks. The unit has adequate number of tanks for curing. The raw materials are thoroughly inspected prior to procurement. Mixer machines ensure proper mixing and grading of raw-material. Thus all the equipment installed ensures availability of all properly graded raw materials.
