| Manual Grease Pumps Used in various industries, our Manual grease pumps are widely known for their compact size and rigid construction. The pump is specially designed with minimum moving parts so as to make it long lasting and absolutely trouble free operation. Further, it comprises physical aspects such as:

APPLICATION: This pump meant for feeding grease to bearing and other moving part of machines and other lightly machines having 1 to 20 lubrication point. WORKING: On pulling the handle of pump, grease are sucked through suction port on pushing handle of pumpt grease comes out under pressure through check
value. Spring pressure through follower plate exerted over the top surface of the grease further helps to push the grease in suction port. EQUIPMENT: Pump is made up of purely transparent acrylic reservoir for storage of grease. For sensing the Grease level a tell tale rod is provide and follower plate assembly for help in positive suction of grease. It
contains two outlet part of 1/4" BSP right and left side in which one is used as air bleed valve and second port used as a outlet. To check reverse flow of grease, a non return valve is provide in the system of
the outlet port. FILLING
OF GREASE: Grease can be filled manually or with another pump. Filling from pump 1/4:
part is provide. Manually, we have to remove follower plate, spring,
top cover and fill the grease from the top of the reservoir and to fit
all the components by pressure. For air removing unscrew the bleed plug
put the handle maximum out and press the follower plate by knob till
grease comes out from bleed plug. DISTRIBUTION
SYSTEM: A
Progressive block is used to distribute the grease to the available
lubrication points in sequence one after another, Progressive Blocks

| | Pneumatic Pumps We manufacture Pneumatic Pumps which are highly durable as well as
reliable. These grease pumps are designed according to the technical
specifications provided by the client. Our pumps are also corrosion
resistant and require less maintenance. APPLICATION: The
pneumatic grease pump is suitable for dispensing of grease and
automatic feeding of grease to bearing and other moving parts of
machines. Such as milling machine rolling
machine, presses and hammers, rubber processing machine, die casting
machine, furnaces etc. The pump is suitable for grease upto NLG-2. For
distribution we used progressive blocks through this pump. WORKING: Pneumatic grease pump are operated through pneumatic line, connected to
the ports of pneumatic cylinder. The cylinder is built in with the pump
housing. Druign on period of the pneumatic line a piston inside the
cylinder is pushed ejecting out grease from the outlet port of the pump
housing.
During the reverse flow of pneumatic line grease is sucked through the
suction port. In the pump spring force through follower plate exerted
on the top surface of the grease make the suction of the grease
positive and easier. Pneumatic pump is available in adjustable
discharge and multi port with adjustable discharge in each port.
Discharge and reservoir of pump is available as per customer
requirement. AIR REMOVING:
For air removing, un screw the bleed plug apply compressed air and
press the grease pusher by knob till grease come out from bleed port
and plug the bleed port. The pump is ready for peration. CONSTRUCTION: There is
a reservoir mounted on the pump body for storage of grease. A tell tale rod connected for sensing grease level.
- Check valves is fitted on the outlet port of the pump to stop reverse flow of grease into the pump through outlet port.
- To bleed air entrapped in the system, there is a plug on the pump body which is to be opened fill continuous flow of
grease starts coming.
- The adjusting screw is provided in order to vary in output of the grease by tightening the screw the output of grease
decreases and vice versa.
- It is must to put filter regulator unit in the pneumatic line fed
to the pump. This will ensure that pneumatic line going to the pump is
dust and moisture free.
FILLING: Grease filling in the reservoir can be done manually
as well as with the help of other pump. For these who wants to fill
grease by another pump, a
1/4" BSP ports is provide on front side of the pump. This port is

| | Mist Lubrication System We offer superior quality Mist Lubrication System that are highly functional. For high rotational parts it is desired to lubricate and cool the lubricating parts, hence oil along with air is used to lubricate and cool the parts. It is used to spraying of oil or grease to the parts and others such methods.
APPLICATION: S.P.
Introduce Mist Lubrication System which is best suited for conveyor, Machine tools spindle, Chain Sponge iron plant and Cement plant bearing, etc. CONSTRUCTION: In M.L.S. used the pump for carrying the oil up to atomizer. In atomizer two port is provided one for oil another for air. This pump is pneumatically operated as well as motorized. Pneumatic, pump issuitable for intermittent lubrication. We can get continuous
lubrication also. In this pump on acrylic / metallic reservoir with a capacity 1.5 Ltr. (accordingly customers requirements also.) and oil filling port is provided on the top. Through air pressure. Oil comes in
junction block (atomizer). Motorised pump is suitable for continuous / Intermittent and multi point lubrication.
Through motorized pumps lubrication come in atomizer with the help of progressive block / metering cartridge / control valve from the atomizer we get the mist lubrication.
WORKING: M.L.S. is basically pneumatic operated.
Air controlled by on off solenoid valve. The air is used for
broken the oil in small fragranents (1-5 micron) for this work is one port air and another oil fed in atomizer. From the outlet of atomizer made mist lubrication. Feeding the oil upto atomizer we used motorized / pneumatic pump.

| Dual Line Lubrication System We manufacture and supply dual line lubrication systems that of standard quality.
APPLICATION Dual line system is used where large distance in lubrication point, This is high pressure pump and use in steel plants, cement plants. Turbine generator, furnaces, sugar plants, spong iron plant etc.
CONSTRUCTION Dual line lubrication system comprising of a single pumping station having pumping elements and fitted on the outer periphery of the housing. Reservoir also mounted on housing and fitted on base plate with moot, gear box. Change over valve, pressure gauge etc. WORKING In dual line lubrication pump the p umping elements push the grease of high pressure (up to 250 kg/cm2) with the help of cam. Cam is driven by speed reduction gear, Grease feed in change over valve from pump elements, Change over valve is to deliver grease through one of the out let parts alternatively after receiving signal from end pressure relay, Distribution of grease at different lubrication point done by Dose feeder and this pump operate by the control panel. DOSE FEEDER Dose feeder having two inputs to be connected with DUAL line which coming from the pumping station. Out lets connection of dose feeder are connect to lube points by branch pipe line. Functioning of each dose feeder can be checked by the movement of indicating pin. Dose feeder available from one out let to six out lets. END PRESSURE RELAY It sense the end pressure and gives signal to change over valve through control panel. For checking the pressure to pressure gauge are provided. ELECTRIC CONTROL PANEL Electric control panel is required for operate the lubrication system. Panel has the features main on lubrication , Manual and auto mode indication, Line one and tow on indication, Line fault indication,l Moto trip indication, emergency stop button and other standard control. | | Oil Circulation System We are engaged in manufacturing and supplying oil circulation system that is of supreme quality. APPLICATION: S.P. introduce O.C.S. (oil circulating system) which is best suited for paper industry, steel plant, sugar plant etc. CONSTRUCTION: In O.C.S. We use the gear pump / screw pump discharge upto 600 LPM driven by electric motor. Pump is connected with reservoir. Reservoir capacity is depend on pump discharge. | Multiline Radial Lubricator This Multiline Radial Lubricator provides a compact unit for delivered soft grease or heavy oil under pressure to a given number of different bearing points. It is ideal for lubricating machinery which require regular shots of predetermined quantity of lubricant forced into each individual bearing under pressure. APPLICATION: Multiline radial lubricator is best suited for machine / plant where lubrication
is required with high pressure continuously / intermittently for individual point. The lubricator are used for machine / plant like rolling mill, sugar plant, cement plant, rubber mixing machine, forging hammer, stone crusher, sponge iron plant etc. FILLING
OF LUBRICANTS: Grease filling in the reservoir can be done manually as well as with the help of other pump. For pump 1/4" BSP port is provided on reservoir. INSTRUCTION:
- Always use proper and clean lubricants, Avoid foreign particles in the pump. The foreign particles or dust items are the main responsible factor to damage physical components of the pump and chocking in the plunger body.
- Always fill the lubricants before it is empty to avoid air in the pump. The presence of air may be resulted in improper
quantity of discharge.
- Should always carefully with regular maintenance of plungers and reservoir for its long life.
- Do not plug out out of any pumping unit.

Parts of radial lubricator: Plunger Pumps (Pumping Unit) Plunger pump is a compact pump that gives metered amount a lubricant in
every strokes. We can adjust the discharge by adjusting screw. Output
can be vary from 0.05cc to 0.25cc/stroke & delivery pressure 200
Kg/cm3 max. The stroke of the plunger remains always same. The mounting
threads of the plunger is M22X105. Plunger pump is also available in
0.5cc/stroke. 0.70cc/strke (Non Adjustable). Progressive Distributor Blocks S.P. Introduce progressive distribution blocks of PB-4555/ PB-6080
series are meant for distribution of grease/oil delivered by a pump.
From this we get lubricant in sequently one after another. Any one
outlet is blocked then the progressive block will stop functioning.
With suitable monitoring devices, this blockage is sensed and suitable
warning is given to avoid running the machine without proper
lubrication. These blocks can be used for intermittent/continuous
lubrication. This block has three types of element--
- Starting Block
- Middle Block
- End Block
Each middle block has two outlet & minimum 0.03 middle block
are required in progressive block we can add other middle block as per
requirement.
