Performance Specifications:
Design:
- These coal fired boilers are based on three pass, wetback design
- Particular attention paid to furnace length, smoke tube diameters and projections as well as method of tube fitting into wetback combustion chamber tube plate
- All boilers are manufactured to Class I standards in accordance with latest requirements of the IBR
Brickwork:
- The only brickwork required is small amount to form bridge at the rear end of the stoker stationary grate
- This considerably reduces installation & maintenance costs when compared with dry back or semi-wet back boilers
- Steam & Water Quality:
- Scientific distribution of heating surfaces ensures conservative heat release rates
- Decreases the need for highly treated feed water

| Oil or Gas fired boilers offered by us are fully conventional three pass wet back economic boilers. With proven design standards followed in them, these boiler are offered as a complete packaged unit that incorporate best available proprietary items of ancillary equipment.

Steam & Water Mounting:

Level Controls:
- Featuring superior water level controls covering 1st lower water 2nd low water

- For minimizing heat loss all boilers insulated with 2 W thickness of high density mineral wool material

Design:
- All boilers based on three pass wetback design for delivering maximum operational efficiency, flexibility and reliability
- The size of the furnace is designed to give low heat release
- Located low in the boiler it forms the 1st gas pass
- At end of the furnace, gases are reversed in large wetback combustion chamber and then directed to front of the boiler via bank of tubes forming 2nd gas pass
- Finally gases are reversed again & go through further tubes (3rd gas pass) to rear outlet of boiler

| We hold expertise in offering combustion burners for Boilers & Heaters being used in Coal Power Plants. The innovative design of these burners ensures superior environment is provided for burning fuel including combustion air & removal of the flue gases and ash.
Functioning:
- Coal Pulverisers grind coal to a very fine powder
- Hot air from the Primary Air Fans dry coal in the pulverisers
- This air carries the dry coal powder from pulverisers to the burners in boiler furnace
- In burners coal powder is mixed with required amount of Combustion air & burned in the furnace
Air system:
- The advanced designs of the combustion burner ensure correct amount of air is delivered for combustion
- Use of forced draft fan for supplying of Combustion air
- This fan takes air from atmosphere & blows it into furnace through air ducts
- Air heater heats air before it enters the furnace
- Air Heater utilises heat of hot flue gases that leaves boilers to heat combustion air
- Hot air improves efficiency of combustion
- Air heater works on regenerative principle
- Primary Air Fan supplies air to pulverisers for drying & transporting coal
Electrostatic Precipitators:

 | Heat Recovery Boiler Economizers | | |
| We offer clients heat recovery boiler economizers. These economizers are available in form of finned tube heat exchanger installed in boiler fluid exhaust stack. These are designed to reduce the overall fuel requirements which in turn results in reduced fuel costs & fewer emissions. The offered boiler economizers also help in recovering "waste heat" from boiler's hot stack gas from transferring waste heat to boiler's feed-water. As boiler feed-water is now at higher temperature than when it would have been without boiler economizer, these boilers do not need to provide additional heating to produce steam requirements of a facility or process, thereby using less fuel & reducing fuel expenses.
Process:
- Hot fluid gases pass over finned tubes as boiler feed water circulates inside tubes
- This preheats feed water recovering otherwise wasted heat from escaping fluid gas
- Higher temperature of feed water entering boiler contributes to smoother operation & quicker response to steam demands
Features:
- Boiler economizers help improving boiler's efficiency by extracting heat from fluid gases discharged from final super-heater section of radiant/reheat unit/ evaporative bank of non-reheat boiler
- Heat transferred, again, back to boiler feed-water, which enters at much lower temperature than saturated steam
