Biobinder is the specialty tapioca modified starch for textile sizing industries manufactured by special chemical process. Bio Binder has been developed to provide the textile sizing industry with a consistent, cost effective, quality product with unique features. The specialty of SPAC BINDER is that it is a non-synthetic binder which helps the sizing and further textile processing operations. SPAC BINDER is used in the sizing mixer for binding purpose instead of synthetic binders.

SPACOXY CMS has been developed for detergents adhesives, other application as given below:- In soaps a small addition of Carboxy methyl starch increases the suspending power and overall washing efficiency of a soap, but the same amount of CMS very greatly improved the suspension action and overall efficiency when a sodium salt of surface active agents in the detergents. CMS being used in the corrugated box gum along with plain tapioca starch. Addition of CMS will improve the mixture of corrugation paste by keeping tapioca starch in suspension during corrugation. CMS can be used for sizing mixture preparation for yarn sizing application.

Pasting powder is best suited for pasting gum preparation and application. The following procedure is recommended to achieve best performance. * Dosage: Powder: Cold water ratio for normal application is recommended at 1:6 ratios. * Gum has to be prepared by using mechanical / manual agitator followed by cooking * Gum can be applied on the pasting machine after good agitation.

* Used in textile industry as a binder and to increase the stiffness of the cloth. * To increase brightness and weight of the cloth

SPAC manufacturing tube pasting gum to provide the paper cone industry with a consistent quality product with unique feature. Tube pasting powder is best suited for pasting gum preparation and application. The following procedure is recommended to achieve best performance * Dosage: Powder: Cold water ratio for normal application is recommended at 1:1.25 1.50 ratios. * Gum has to be prepared by using mechanical / manual agitator followed by cooking * Gum can be applied on the pasting machine after good agitation

To get better recovery tapioca starch is used. Also it is a bonding agent and improves the shelf life.

* As a filler material in Ice creams and milk products.

* White dextrin is used in biscuit industry to enhance the shelf life and crispiness. * The film forming properties of spactrin FG make it effective in the pan coating of confections as a replacement for gum Arabic. * This can be used as a non-tacky glaze for cakes, donuts, fruit, nuts and candies.
