Our strength is our on time execution- whether delivery of goods or response to commitments and communication. Having said, that Spadeworks commits itself to sourcing those products and working with those brands whose needs are in alignment with the capabilities and strengths that exist within the Spadeworks matrix. Good execution is preceded by realistic commitments and realistic we are.
The Spadeworks team led by its founder, has vast expertise in manufacturing, marketing and servicing for some of the best brands across the globe. All members of the team have a thorough production background with an average experience of 10-15 years each in some of the best factories in India. The founder himself has over 15 years of experience in the industry having started as a merchandiser to being the CEO of a public limited, 10,000 people strong manufacturing company in India.
The vast expertise of the team has contributed to its wide network of factories, fabric mills and process houses. Most importantly, the expertise enables sound planning and judgment of factories,fabric mills vi-a-vis the requirements of product, processes, quantity, delivery, quality and service. This in itself results in good execution and better product almost all the time.

Quality Policy / Processes Quality control is the most important value added service that Spadeworks provides its clients. Spadeworks manages all of the quality process for its clients. All of Spadeworks' quality controllers have a strong manufacturing background. There are quality controllers designated for specific areas such as a. Sampling and fits
b. In line checks
c. Final inspection Final inspections are done based on an AQL standard of 2.5. Special products go through an AQL check of 1.0 and some even a 100% inspection . Spadeworks' rigorous quality control comes out its strength in understanding products in all its variety and form. Thereby enabling meticulous planning of the various quality processes in order to maintain the highest levels of product integrity.
