We offer a wide range of effluent treatment plants on turnkey basis. The company has evolved design and methodologies for treatment of complex effluents which have toxic interference due to presence of cyanides, phenols, arsenic, heavy metals, solvents etc. We provide user-friendly treatment systems based on Physico-chemical and Biological oxidation for treatment of waste water from chemical, fermentation, pharmaceuticals, phosphating and electroplating industries. We also offer consultancy for modification and up gradation of the existing treatment facilities to achieve desired results and also to reduce operating cost. Several effluent treatment systems have been provided with tertiary treatment for recycling and conserving water.

We also provide Sewage treatment plants on turn key basis. These are set up for the treatment of the sewage waste that is produced by canteens, residential colonies etc. These involve collection, primary treatment, biological treatment and tertiary treatment to make it recyclable. We design the biological treatment plants based on proven extended aeration technology which is either based on suspended growth or attached growth as in the case of Fluidized Aerobic Bioreactor and Submerged Aerobic Fixed Film reactor. The selection of technology is based on capacity of plant, the operating staff at site and the investment capacity.

Filtration- We are manufactures of pressure sand filters, activated carbon filters, dual media filters and UV filters as per the specific client’s requirements. We offer a wide range of auto operated filters which can operate based on time schedule or total water passed trough it. Our plants are available in different capacities and varied MOC to deal with different loads and requirement of industries.

Ion Exchange Plants: SHPL provide plants based on ion exchange resins for softening, de-alkalization and de-mineralization of water. These are available in MS, SS and FRP and can be made available in manual operated and auto operated. The auto operated plants can work on OBR principle or conductivity of treated water. If the plants are cascade type the same can be controlled through microprocessor / PLC based controller.

We offer very compact and fully automatic cabinet type reverse osmosis RO filtration plants for drinking and process application. We have also supplied and commissioned complete mineral water plants based on RO, UV and Ozonation. We also provide RO components like Membranes, pressure housing, pressure pumps, online calibrated meters etc. and also take repairing jobs of the RO plants.
