Our continuous indirect heated fryers are extensively used all across the industrial market. As far as its working is concerned, the edible oil is indirectly heated in an external heat exchanger by thermic fluid. The heating thermic fluid temperature is kept marginally above the edible oil temperature, so that the edible oil does not get deteriorated. Therefore, the life of edible oil is comparatively greater to other modes of heating. This equipment is suggested for potato wafers, alu bhujia & other Indian snack food items for high production rates Fuel for the thermic fluid heating can be Diesel, F.O, L.P.G., Natural gas, Wood & Agrowaste.

The other kind of continuous fryers are Direct Edible Oil Heated Fryers. In it, the edible oil is heated directly in a concentric coiled furnace having very high edible oil flow rates passing through it. This ensures very low metal temperatures, thereby avoiding the chances of any deterioration of edible oil. The initial installation cost is low as compared to others. Since edible oil is directly heated thermic fluid is not required for heating. It is perfectly suitable in countries where thermal oil heating is not allowed in food industries. The fuel, which we use for heating, can be Diesel, F.O, L.P.G. & Natural gas.

Our Continuous Direct Furnace Type Fryers has the heating furnace and is always immersed in oil. Quality wise, this is better than refractory type fryers as it has a higher efficiency. Further, it is ideal for pellet & puffed products at low production rates. Following are its other features:
