We are an ISO 9001 company with a well equipped laboratory and proffesional manpower to assure the quality of our products. We have adequate inspection & chemical testing procedure starting from procurement of raw materials to manufacturing of finished product. We test our products with respect to their thickness, O.D, Zinc coating and length as per IS & P2S standards. Third party inspections are also carried out by various agencies such as DGS & D, RITES, BHEL, SGS, etc. while supplying products to customers.

The quality control unit is laced with sophisticated machines for stringent quality checks. It's mandatory for products to undergo stringent quality checks. Only after procuring the test reports, the products are dispatched to the market.

Manufacturing Process
Steel Pipes Tubes are manufactured from mild steel strips slitted from Hot Rolled Low Carbon Steel coils conforming to IS: 10748-1995. The strip passes through a series of drive forming and fin rolls and takes the required circular shape and is welded continuously by passage of an electric current of high frequency i.e. 4, 50, 000 cycles/second across the abutting edges.
The steel pipes tubes thus formed and welded pass through the sizing sections where dimensional deviations if any are corrected before the tubes are cut into required length by automatic cutting machines. The tubes are then end deburred and pressure tested. Thereafter protective surface finishing operations such as hot dip Galvanizing or varnishing is done as per specific requirement. The tubes are offered as plain, bevelled, threaded ends or with flanges.
