SPARK" Heater mixer is a simple physical mixer used to mix solid components. Frictional heat generated during the process is utilized for mixing and hence known as "HOT MIXING". AC induction motor drives the mixer blade by V-Belt for efficient power transmission. We can deliver special application mixer as per customer's requirement.

Co-rotating Twin Screw Extruder

Barrel is cooled by water and composed by modular sectors.Each modular has different types of holes for fit together barrel sectors and water cooling. The inlet and outlets of each modular are connected the relative delivery and return, Individual pumps are used for the control of water circulation and controlled by panel.

This unit is used to pull pipe and equipped with specially designed rubber pulling belts. Adjustable gap device is equipped to adjust the gap between two belts. DC motor of 2 HP capacity is coupled through a suitable reduction gear box to drive the belts.

Control panel is comprises of Microprocessor based Digital Temperature controllers to control the temperature on barrel and die. All DC motors are driven by thyristorised DC drive to get the better speed control. Main AC motor get the optimum performance of the machine.

"SPARK COOLER MIXER" is a combination to obtain high quality, homogenous mass production with economical cost. Hot mixer will attain the required temperature in short period with homogenous mixing & cooler mixer receive the discharge. Due to efficient and latest technique, the compound is cooled to a temperature in shorter time than the hot cycle.

Die and adapter is made out from an alloy steel and hardchrome plated.

This contains Screw and Barrel both are made from alloy steel duly nitrided and hardchrome plated for long life. Screw is fitted on a suitable heavy thrust housing with thrust and roller bearing to withstand thrust pressure during extrusion. Screw is driven by AC motor and coupled through a suitable standard make gear box. Barrel is divided into three zones for heating load distribution. Cooling blowers are provided on the barrel for two zones. water circulating jacket is provided in feeding zone.

The gearbox is specially designed for intermeshing, co-rotating twin screw extruder. The gearbox is of our own design and manufacture. The gearbox is divided in to four parts due to get good accuracy and long life features. Our good sense of bearing selection increases the life of gearbox. Shaft, gear and bearings are assembled in each zone of gearbox. The gearbox is cooled and lubricated by a motor and oil pump.The heat exchanger is also providing for cooling of oil.

This unit comprises of the nine blades among them one is fixed and eight are rotating. All the cooling cello are provided to get the required shape and size of the granules.

Pipe cutter is equipped with 1 HP motor and pedestal with Limit switch and length adjuster are also provided with stand.

Control panel is comprises of of Microprocessor based digital temperature controllers to control the temperature on barrel and die. All DC motors are driven by Frequency inverter for long life. Suitable switch gears are provided to get the optimum performance of the machine.

Barrel segments are from rectangular shaped.Barrel is made from alloy steel and nitride hardened and precisely honed to fine inner surface. The character 8 shaped barrel bore provide helical material transport and continous material transfer so we can get higher output from our intermeshing twin screw extruder.Water circulation system is provided with every modular of barrel. Each barrel sector has an housing for the probe for the working temperature control and measurement.

Our Screw design is built on a modular system to get the advantages of different configurations in process section that allow the best combination for every application. Screw is made from special type nitride steel material and through hardening and also providing coating to solve wear and abrasion problems.The life of these modular screws is several times higher than ordinary materials. Screw sectors are mounting on a shaft with key way or spline. We preferred 2 lobe screw design for low shear and high output compounding. Screw segment are wiping, mixing, conveying and kneading type are provide. Speark's screw and kneading elements ensure that extruder runs with minimum downtime

This unit is used to pull tube and equipped to adjust the gap between two rolls. DC motor of 1HP capacity is coupled through a suitable reduction gear box to drive the rolls.

This unit is fabricated from the SS sheet. Suitable size of vacuum pump and two sizers are fitted to maintain accurate size of the pipe.
