Oil Separators

Our clients can avail from us a comprehensive range of oil separators like air oil separator, centrifugal oil separator that are equipped with excellent aeration units along with magnetic separators and requisite accessory filters. These oil separators efficiently remove unwanted free oil from mediums such as washing liquids, coolants in machine tools. Simultaneously, the medium is also aerated that neutralizes the growth of anaerobic bacteria.

Features:

All units are appropriate for ambient temperature and in reinforced implementation for hot applications (max. 80 °C).
Available are oil separators with a flow rate of approx. 70 l/h in stationary as well as in mobile execution up to units with flow rates of 5'000 l/h.
Different suction floats, provided with automatic level adjustment, complement the coolant cleaners.

Tank Mounted Air Compressors

Available with us is a unique range of tank mounted air compressor like industrial air compressors that is a multi stage, heavy-duty water-cooled air compressor designed to efficiently operate 24 hours a day. Having a horizontal shape with fly wheel inter cooler, foundation bolts, motor pulley, motor, v belt, guard and slide rails, this tank mounted air compressor finds application for compression of atmospheric air. Our tank mounted air compressor is integrated with an air purifier / process skid that consists of the following parts:

Nitrogen cooler with tank
Moisture separators
After cooler with tank
Chilling units with Freon unit
Defrost heaters
Oil absorber filled with alumina
Water pump
Molecular sieve batteries on skid
Inlet & outlet water lines
Gas/air/water line as per standard layout on skid /platform prefabricated and ready for installation
Drain manifold complete with ball valves for draining moisture

All the above mentioned components are firmly mounted on skid /platform complete with interconnecting piping, making the compressor ready for installation.
