Cut Wire Shots

Cut wire shot is manufactured to comply with all the requirements described in SAE J441. Cut wire shot is available as cut edges rounded by conditioning, or fully conditioned to spheroids. Carbon steel cut wire shot is manufactured in the following hardness averages : 36 to 48 HRC, 50 to 55 HRC. Sizes from 0.4mm to 2mm dia.

Steel Shots

Steel Shot is a spherical product of hyper-eutectic steel which has been fully heat-treated. It has a uniform structure of finely tempered martensite to provide optimum resilience and resistance to fatigue.

This is the most important abrasive for the majority of wheel blast applications. Its durability and resistance to impact fatigue provide maximum cleaning efficiency at the most economical cost.

Steel Grits

Our assortment of cast steel angular grits is developed by crushing special heated shot pellets. After crushing the pellets are tempered to a desired hardness. Their functional services characteristic deplaned upon hardness selection. Our range of grits work best in tum blast applications.
