Heat Exchangers
Having the heat transfer area of 1000 m 2 and
maximum pressure of 60 bar, heat exchanger is one of our most popular products.
We offer shell and tube heat exchangers that are of fixed tube sheet
floating heat and U tube type. These power efficient heat exchangers have the dimensions of
140 mm max, 20 meter max and 75 tons as their thickness, length and weight,
respectively. Construction features of the product meets ASME specifications. Various
construction features of the product includes the following:
- Primary material: Steel
- Stainless steel connection (Options NPT)
- Flange (optional feature)
- Connection size: 4 - 6" flange, 3/4" &
1/2" NPT vent
- Overall dimensions: 16" diameter x 24-144" length
- Number of tubes / plates / fans 2.00 to 6.00

Industrial Condensor
Used in various industries such as defense and various
others, condensors are completely assembled in our factory. These are piped
& wired to accept a single point electrical connection. Some other features of the product includes:
- Entire unit specifically designed for outdoor application
with vertical discharge condenser
- Weatherproof cabinet is constructed of G90 galvanized steel
and coated with gray polyurethane paint which passes 2000 hour salt spray test
- Double wall construction throughout with 2" insulation
- Access doors are provided at all areas subject to scheduled maintenance.
- Construction includes stainless steel hinges, perimeter
gaskets and zinc cast lockable handles that operate from outside or inside.
- Unit specific color-coded wiring diagrams provided in point
to point and ladder form and permanently laminated in the control compartment.
- Scroll or Screw compressors are mounted on decks and rubber isolation
mounted for quiet efficient operation.
- Refrigerant piping stubbed to outside to reduce start-up
time
We can easily customize the product, as per the specific

Industrial Evaporators
Efficiently designed, evaporators offered by us have the operating temperature of up to 232 oC and an evaporation rate of 6
GPH. Having the tank capacity of 70 gallons, these corrosion resistant
evaporators have heat energy of 81883 BTU/hr. We offer the product in the
equipment size of 55x30x72 inches and have the ability to customize it as per the
specifications of our clients. Our designers specially design these evaporators by
considering entire heat, mass & balance of factory so that the product can
be effortlessly integrated in the plant, ensuring thermodynamic harmony.

Distillation Columns
With weight of 75 tons per piece & size up to 4500 mm diameter these distllation columns are among our most acknowledged products. Specifications of the product
includes:
- Thickness: 40 mm max including cladding
- Length: 30 mm
We use all types of stainless steel to manufacture the product, which
finds usage in various segments which includes chemical, water treatment plants
and distillery.

Pressure Vessels
Offered with the volumetric capacity of up to 200m³ and size
of 4500 mm diameter, pressure vessels are used in various industries. These
vessels are specially designed to contain liquids/ gases at a specific
temperature different from its surrounding temperature. Industrial as well as
private sectors employ these vessels. These are available in weight of 40 m
tons max and thickness of 45 mm max in single piece.

Industrial Reactors
We offer reactors having the volumetric capacity of up to
200³ and size of 4500 mm diameter. Known for its temperature resistance and
corrosion resistance, the reactors have maximum thickness of 40 mm, maximum
length of 20 meter per piece and maximum weight of 40 M tons. These low on maintenance reactors have following jacket

UNI Tank
We offer UNI tanks having the volume capacity of 3000
gallons and pressure ratings of 0.0 psi. This corrosion resistant and chemical
resistant product is available in diameter of 90 inch and height of 122 inch. We
use plastic and polyethylene (PE) to fabricate the product. Crosslink and linear
PE are also available with us. Its application areas includes:
- Chemical
- Pharmaceutical
- Food and beverages
- Fuel/ Water processing
UNI tank is placed above the ground and outdoors. It has
following optional features:

Industrial Spheres
Leveraging on our vast industrial experience, we offer
unmatched quality spheres in the diameter of 4.5 to 5 meter. These products are
manufactured from quality steel and other materials to ensure the properties of

Our storage tanks have the volumetric capacity of up to
200m³ and size of 4500 mm diameter. Used for storing different types of liquids
and gases, durable storage tanks have thickness of 45 mm max in single piece
and a weight of 40 m tons max. These tanks are used as both reservoirs as well
as for manufactured containers. Safe and secure handling makes it highly
demanded in the market.
