The micro processors control even heating throughout the process. These machines are provided with auto temperature control for steam & water by electrically operated of Solenoid Valves. Drum rotation in these machines is synchronized in forward & reverse direction. We also provide sight glasses and additional inspection glasses that helps in providing better view of the internal process. These machines come with safety valve, pressure switches & Inverter. These machines come with precise control facility over heat and liquor ratios.

We manufacture a wide range of sofleena that has unique structure and gives new degradation standard of PET fabrics. These machines are used to provide new standard that helps in evaluating the handle of new synthetic fabrics. Comparing to technique of degradation of continuous and tank type, these machines give better handle to different fabrics as it is performed with low tension owing to the smooth flow the weak alkali solution which circulates repeatedly.

Fully Automatics :

Mercerising can be done at different stages during the pre-treatment process. This could be after De-sizing or after Scouring or after Bleaching. When done after desize-washing, it induces maximum lustre onto the fabric. However, contamination of lye can occur, which reduces life of the caustic lye. High degree of whiteness can be achieved if the bleaching process is done after mercerisation. Mercerisation after scouring and bleaching prevents contamination of caustic lye but effects the whiteness and absorbency. Mercerising can be done either on wet fabric with a lye concentration controller or on dry fabrics. Mercerising could be done with either cold lye or with hot caustic.

Dwell time control by speed adjustments.

Driven rollers at regular intervals can be supplied for tension control.

Can be equipped with chiller / heater for lye temperature control.

Equipped with automatic / manual continuous filtering arrangement.

Automatic fresh lye addition to maintain uniform caustic lye consistency to pre-adjusted concentration.

Sparrow Mech Autoclave for Heat Setting And Yarn Conditioning :

Engineered to precision, our Autoclaves are used for heat setting and conditioning of yarn in various capacity ranging from 50 Kgs/batch - 1000 Kgs/batch. These machines are provided with watering vacuum pump which ensures homogeneous distribution of machines for proper conditioning of yarn. Additionally, the heating provides the precise final dryness to the yarn for the subsequent process step. Our machines are available with yarn carrying and yarn charging trolley that are made as per the customer's requirement to accommodate maximum material and different loading arrangements.
