Established in the year 2004, we “Sparsh Polychem Pvt Ltd,” are amongst the leading manufacturers and exporters of quality thermoplastic compounds and engineering products. After taking over the business of Sparsh Polymers, we have grown by leaps and bounds under the guidance of our promoter's experience. Our turnover which was a humble in lacs in 2004-05 has grown to 12 times for the fiscal year of 2009. Our consistent production and business approach has also helped us in working with some of the well known names in Automobile, Electrical, Telecommunication and home appliance Industry. The success achieved in the recent past has not let our zeal to grow diminish. Working towards bringing constant enhancements in our production activities, we had imported two twin screw machines (complete compounding line) and testing equipments from China. We realize that our main aim is not only to produce quality products and earn profits but also to offer complete satisfaction to our clients.

Manufacturing Facilities

We are backed by strong manufacturing facilities which enable us to successfully undertake bulk production of our thermoplastic compounds and engineering products. Our manufacturing unit is well established with various technically advanced plastic making production machines.

To meet the process demands, we use twin screw compounding technology from world leader along with precise dosing and gravimetric feeding equipment. This allow us to develop high quality range of plastic compounds which is distributed under brand name SPLAC, SPLENE, SPCARB, SPRENE, SPLATE.

We have with us modern extrusion lines which are very handy in the production of plastic compounds. Our flexible compounding options range from small lines with throughout of 25 kg/hr to large scale extruders with throughout of 600 kg/hr. Moreover, the compounding lines are equipped with gravimetric feeding system, melt filtration, underwater or strand pelletising or hot face cutting facilities. Production parameters are captured and documented by modern control systems.
