The founders of SPPL were quick to recognize the value of Engineering Plastics and the importance of returning these materials back into the production cycle. SPPL customers are able to benefit from this advantage in product and knowledge. The future lies in the utilization of raw materials in a manner which is careful and kind to ENVIORNMENT. The in house R & D and innovation has marked the rise of SPPL from the small unit in 1968 as a U.K.POLYMERS to a successful and reputed company as SPARSH POLYCHEM PVT. LTD. A strong and vibrant R & D programme and expertise in process development coupled with team of outstanding technicians from Machino Polymers/APPL/Plast Alloys and enabled the company to capitalize on superior methods of processing of Engineering Plastics. This has led to the production of vital import substitute and cost effective products on large scale affordable to even marginal consumers of the indigenous market.
SPPL is a leading manufacturer of all type of Engineering Plastics Compounds (specializing in polypropylene) on Twin Screw Compounding Machines for the Injection Molding Industry. Amongst our customers are leading producers in the field of Home Appliances (White goods)/Automobile Industry/Garden Furniture and as per customer specifications.
The Latest installed technology ensures excellent filler dispersion to give our quality compound. In house testing laboratory has been set up for all compounds testing under ASTM-D standards.

Manufacturing Facilities |
| We are backed by strong manufacturing facilities which enable us to successfully undertake bulk production of our thermoplastic compounds and engineering products. Our manufacturing unit is well established with various technically advanced plastic making production machines. To meet the process demands, we use twin screw compounding technology from world leader along with precise dosing and gravimetric feeding equipment. This allow us to develop high quality range of plastic compounds which is distributed under brand name SPLAC, SPLENE, SPCARB, SPRENE, SPLATE. We have with us modern extrusion lines which are very handy in the production of plastic compounds. Our flexible compounding options range from small lines with throughout of 25 kg/hr to large scale extruders with throughout of 600 kg/hr. Moreover, the compounding lines are equipped with gravimetric feeding system, melt filtration, underwater or strand pelletising or hot face cutting facilities. Production parameters are captured and documented by modern control systems. |

Appliances |
| APPLIANCES are the sector where the demand of plastic compounds is in terms of high gloss and good heat distortion temperature properties. Regular compound like ABS and NYLON have been used in this sector for various application and for a long period. SPARSH POLYCHEM PVT. LTD. Has developed filled PP compound to give high gloss and higher HDT to replace costly ABS and NYLON for specific specifications. The special features of this HG (High Gloss) material are as follow:- 1.Higher Gloss in Filled Polypropylene. 2.Higher HDT in Filled Polypropylene. 3.Lower cost compound to ABS and NYLON. Other materials which are suitable for appliances are:- 1.PP Calcium compounds (HP & CP). 2.PP Glass Filled and PP Glass Filled chemically coupled. 3.Impact Modified PP compounds. 4.Specified Colors PP Compounds. 5.U/V and anti oxidant filled compounds. |
Furnitures |
| A very large segment of polymers consuming industry is also using filled PP compounds to achieve properties (stiffness) and reduction in cost. Usually highly filled PP compounds up to 80% loading are used by this industry for molding of Garden Furniture/stools, tables etc. |
Electrical Accessories |
| Electrical properties required for compact moldings restraint at the use of Filled PP Compounds. However the industry has adapted itself and now a various compounds are being used for applications like Meter Box/Plug Machines etc. in filled pp based compound. Mica Filled PP compounds is used for Plug molding &PP Fr compounds is mandatory requirement for meter box. The company has got tremendous response from the market especially from Automobile sector and Electrical Appliances sector, where the demand of compounded raw material is very high. The efforts of our Technical/Sales Team the company has got very positive response from Automobile/Electrical appliances sector. The trial of our products has successfully been taken in Automobiles/Electrical Appliances O.E.Ms, and full filling their regular requirements. |
