The various parameters we conduct the tests on are the following: • Mechanical Properties: Tensile, flexural and compression test, impact test (charpy, Izod), shore hardness. • Thermal Properties: Thermal analysis (DSC, TGA), vicat, ageing (VDE, UL), thermostability. • Rheological Properties: melt index, viscosity. • Visual Properties: colour, light / weather resistance, microscopy. • Processing characteristics: extrusion (Strip, tube, blown/cast film), injection molding, pressure filter test, kneading test. • Instrumental analysis : chromatography (GC, HPLC), spectroscopy (FTIR) Along with these above mentioned tests, we also conduct other tests like density, moisture, ash content, burning behaviour and particle size distribution.
