Anti Spatter Compound cum Flux (Spatter Cure SC 07)

We are the only manufacturers of Spatter Cure SC 07, which is a non toxic, water based, non pollutant and inorganic anti spatter compound cum flux. The product has been developed by our proprietor, Mr. M. M. Bandyopadhayay. It is an innovative conception to better the weld metal quality. This compound when coated on a surface, before welding, serves numerous advantages such as:

• Spatters do not stick onto the surface. It eliminates chipping & grinding, for smooth parent surface.
• Diffusion of non-metallic & gaseous inclusions is minimized / eliminated. This provides a dense & clean weld joint.
• Spatters, in conjunction with coating, is easily removable hair brush and/or by washing.
• Improves working environment by reducing noise and dust pollution as shown in the table below:

Anti Spatter with less Flux Properties (Weldmate SC-07)

Among our vast product array, Weldmate SC-07 is another offering. It is almost similar to our other product Spatter Cure SC – 07 but has less fluxing properties. It is more suited for coastal areas. The product incorporates following features:

• Less fluxing properties
• 5 kg packed container

Anti Metallic Globular Compound for Gas Cutting(Spatter Cure SC - 08)

The product is extensively used for gas cutting. It is available in 5 kg packed container. A coating of this welding compound (on subsequent reverse side of job) before gas cutting reduces the adherences of metallic globules that are formed during gas cutting. These can be effortlessly removed with the help of a wire brush (without any chipping & grinding) for a clean edge, making it ideal for additional operations.

Curing Agent / Thinner (Spatter Cure SC - CA)

The product is optional to use. It makes the emulsion of Spatter Cure SC-07 & SC-08 is used to clean the hairbrush, used in the application. In addition, it is also used to maintain the density of SC-07 emulsion, as and when required. It is available in the size of 5 liters.
