Adhesive tape

Masking Tapes - is a type of adhesive tape made of easy-to-tear paper backed with a relatively weak adhesive. It is used mainly in painting, to mask off areas that shouldn't be painted. The adhesive is the key element to its usefulness, as it allows the tape to be removed without stripping off newly-applied paint.

Crepe paper coated (Masking Tape) with rubber based adhesive with high technology that it won't leave any residue on the surface. Their are general purpose, high tack, automotive and high temperature grades made with different types of adhesive.

Feature: Natural coated, good conform ability, strong holding power, easy removal, smooth trimmed edges and no residue on surface.

Usage: Used for holding, bundling and sealing. Widely use for color separation and painting made by hand or by spray. High temperature masking tapes are used in automobile industry for doing painting in oven booth.

PET film of various thickness is coated with rubber or solvent acrylic adhesive, single or double sided as per the uses. Different colours yellow, red, black, green and blue are available for single sided polyster tapes.

Features :

1) Excelent electrical and heat insulation property.

Usage :

1) Single Sides polyster Tape : They used for transformer and coil winding, heavy duty packing and color marking on metal plates or coils.
2) Double sided Polyster Tape : They used for joining or seaming flex, films and foils. Used as spacer tape for membrane switches.

Filament (fiberglass) Tape:

Fiberglass reinforce backingmade up of polyster filmwith glass yarn, coated with solvent based or hot melt adhesive. There are two kind of backing available -

PTFE - Teflon Cloth /Film Tape, PTFE fibreglass cloth is coated with silicon adhesive to gain high temprature resistance. It has excellent release performance.

Bag sealing tape is made with PET film as backing and both coated with solvent acrylic adhesive and having PE film as release liner. Easy tear able with mild adhesion for sealing.

Features: This tape is coated with such adhesive that it is reselable many times on bags. The PE release film is easy to remove from tape. It is available in 10mm,12mm, 15mm and 19mm width release film.

Usage : Widely used on OOP, PP & PE bags sealing.

We have parmanent adhesive coated bag sealing tape and it is used for PE courier bag sealing.

Single sided adhesive coated foam tape are high, medium and low density foam which has high water, temperature and dust seal property is coated with pressure sensitive acrylic or rubber adhesive.

Self-adhesive EVA / Nitrile / Neoprene foam which is used for making gaskets in control panel, car, refrigerators and machines etc. Also used as pipe wrapping or ducting.

Double sided foam tapes medium density cross-linked PE/EVA foam or acrylic foam coated on both sides with high performance adhesive and available with release paper or film. It has good resistance to humidity, mild acids, oil and grease.
