ZV Series Twin Screw Compounding Extruder are co-rotating, intermeshing screws with a self-wiping profile, which assures highly efficient conveying, mixing, and pressure control.

Self wiping profiles makes easy to switch-over product and colours. Variety of Kneading & Reverse pumping elements ensures high dispersion especially for colors like Black and Blue.

The processing section’s modular design allows unlimited flexibility in screw design and process layout.
