Destoner : These destoners can be used as gravity separator for various kinds of grains. Designed with two layers of screen, these destoners completely and efficiently separate the heavy and light impurities from the seeds. These are designed with double vibrating motors driving that ensure balanced running and improved efficiency.

Box type seed cleaner : These seed cleaners are designed for efficient separation of impurities from soyabean, maize, sunflower seed, rap seed, nuts and other products. Our seed cleaners are available with an aspiration unit so as to maintain dust free atmosphere in the plant room, which increases operating efficiency.

 

We provide Oil Mill Machinery that have two chambers, one is pre pressing and another is full pressing which ensures effective operation.  Fabricated using qualitative raw material, this machinery recovers oil efficiently.  It has a special designed system for crushing cotton seed, sunflower seed, shianut and  canola. We are involved in offering Solvent Extraction Plant where the solvent extraction process is efficiently carried out.  The continuous solvent extraction is an advanced method which we use in the plant for extracting oil from oil bearing material.  It does not change the property of oil and recovers the same characteristic which is found in the raw material.

The combined action of high temperature, high pressure and high moisture is formed by mechanical expulsion with expeller which causes oxidation, color fixation & hydrolysis of oil. The material like ricebran, soyabean seeds can't be handled by expellers.


Solvent Extraction Process

• An articulated band conveyor inside the Extractor receives the material from Feed Hopper and transports it at a pre determined speed from the feed end to discharge end.
•  The band conveyor moves over rails suitably located inside the Extractor and rides on specially constructed sprockets at either end.
• The speed of the band conveyor is easily adjustable within desired limits.
• The damper enables the regulation of height of bed of material on band conveyor.
• The prepared material from Preparatory section is received in the Feed Hopper through Rotary Valve and Plug Conveyor.
• The material in the hopper and the rotary valve/Plug Conveyor together constitute an effective vapor seal while the latter also serves to regulate the feed.
• The hopper is further provided with the special switches for high level and low level indications.
• The latter if energized stops the band conveyor of extractor while the high level indication, transmits an audio visual signal to Preparatory Section for preparatory operator to take corrective measures.
• A series of sprayers located above the band conveyor enables perfect spray of the solvent on the moving bed.
• Special spray breakers facilitates uniform distribution of solvent over the entire width of moving bed. Each spraying section is followed by a draining section.
• Fresh solvent is admitted into the Extractor near the discharge end of the moving bed of material and the full miscella is recovered from the initial stage; thus ensuring the perfect counter current flow of material and the solvent.
•  The miscella circulates in a closed circuit in each of the successive section by overflowing from each hopper of the Extractor after increasing gradually its oil content in each hopper.

So in each section there is an equilibrium between the oil extracted from the seed in corresponding section and the difference in oil content of solvent overflowing the preceding hopper together with the solvent overflowing the following section.

We present Vegetable Oil Refinery where refining of fats & oils is effectively carried out.   There are various processes to refine fat and oil such as Degumming, Alkali and Water wash that helps in producing quality refined oil. The refining process can be carried out in two ways, one is short mixed process and another is long mixed process with Degumming or Gum Conditioning. Utilizing these refining processes, Fats & Oils conjoining gums and FFA (Free Fatty Acid) are removed that ascertain quality refined oil.  We also offer quality process using centrifuges from the best manufacturers.

 

We offer Vanaspati Plant where vanaspati is acquired by controlled hydrogenation process.  Hydrogen to oil occurs when the oil comes in contact with hydrogen at high temperature in the presence of metallic Nickel Catalyst.  Vanaspati is obtained by controlled hydrogenation of edible liquid oils (called 'soft oils') which ensures that the vanaspati appears as a natural ghee (clarified butter). Further it also maintains the hardness and rainy appearance.

 

We are engaged in providing Hydrogenation Plant & Hardning Plant where the hydrogenation process is carried out effectively. The Hydrogenation is also known as Fat modification which is three phase process system that includes Solid (Nickel catalyst), Liquid (Oil) and Gas (Hydrogen).  

In Hydrogenation or Fat Modification Plant, industrial hardening is achieved by highly effective non selective hydrogenation process. Moreover, a selective reaction takes place by bringing gas-hydrogen, liquid-oil to the solid-Ni catalyst.

We manufacture Bio Diesel Plant where bio diesel is produced by Trans Esterification of vegetable oils and fats. We also provide installation, commissioning and maintenance service for the plant.  

 The bio diesel is a Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) which is an alternate fuel for engine. It is formed by using Trans Esterification process , in which the vegetable oil is treated with an acid catalyst followed by trans Esterification of the triglycerides by alcohol with the help of alkaline catalyst.

We provide Flour Mill Plant which is mainly used for cleaning and conditioning of wheat.
