These types of 45 degree metal bond diamond wheels are used for profile grinding on the edge of the glass on shape bevel machine. This wheel should be used for rough cutting of 45 degree angle before using any OG wheel. These diamond wheels are available in size diameter 150 mm x 20 mm, thick x hole 22 mm.

These wheels are normally used in pos-9 on straight line grinding machine. It is available in 150 mm diameter x 40 mm Thick x 70 mm ID. Basically it is used for polishing of the glass and don’t required any cerium oxide powder.

These 10 S 40 wheels are normally used on straight line grinding machine. In position 4 and position 6 size used 130 x 35 x 60 and in position 8 size used 150 x 40 x 70.

We manufacture the resin bond diamond wheels which are normally used on straight line grinding machine, pos-4, pos-6 and pos-7, grit-240 in standard specifications are available with us. Also these wheels can be used on bevel edging machine for semi polish finish.

These types of wool wheels are normally used on straight line grinding machine in pos-9. Standard size is available i.e. Dia. 150 mm x T 40 mm x ID 70 mm. Also these wheels can be used on bevel edging machine for final polish finish, but with wheels customer have to use cerium oxide along with water.
