We provide the opportunity to Buyers to pick and choose the Quality, the variety of Spice and the Commercial terms that work for them.
We throw open the Spice Corridor and the data room of farmers who are known very well to us and with whom we have developed rapport and deep business relationships.
We are saying “ let the Buyer deliberate, develop comfort and conviction, walk the Spice Route, meet and greet and then Buy “.
We give Buyers the opportunity to look at Procurement and Sourcing with a more longer term view , a more interesting approach, and to assure themselves of a decent deal or deals over the foreseeable future.
We provide Buyers with a complete Introduction to Indian Spices – the variety, the grades, the Sources, the Peculiarities, the Seasons
We accumulate samples from all of the Sources Short listed and put them through a Lab Test and Quality Diligence Process.
We adopt safeguards to ensure that the quality and grade of spice is sustainable over the next few months of the transaction , thereby guarding against deterioration and quality mismatch from a totally different crop of spice of a subsequent lot i.e. we look for commitment and protection of batch / lot within a grade.
We discuss the results of our diligence exercises with the Buyers .
Once a platform of understanding is arrived at to move forward with a specific Farmer / Source, we commence our discussions with the Farmer/ Source.
This may entail joint meetings with the Buyers or we do them on a Representative basis.
Detailed Negotiations, contract structuring, essentials of deal making, export / import regulations all of them go into play.
We endeavor to close out the transaction or the deal in the most amicable and mutually beneficial manner possible.
We aid in completion of all formalities of Contract Signing and closure of the Transaction.
Thereon until the commodity is securely exported to the Consignee / Buyer and the payment obligations are completely met, we stand by until finally signing off.
