Spectralab’s range of Karl Fischer Titrator (for water determination) includes Coulometric KF Titrator CM-08 for trace moisture determination ie from ppm to % level and Karl Fischer Volumetric Titrator for moisture detection in the range 10ppm to 100%.

 

Coulometric KF Titrator CM – 08

Spectralab Coulometric Titrator CM – 08 is the one of its kind in the range of Coulometric Titrators. It find its application in the areas where trace/ppm level moisture/water determination is required e.g. Lubricating Oils, Transformer Oils, Foods, Cosmetics, Solvents, etc. Spectralab’s Coulometric Titrator uses a generator cell with a diaphragm for precise moisture analysis and to avoid mixing of Anolyte and Catholyte solution. Dual Platinum Electrode is used as a sensor for the same. Coulometric KF Titration is found to be very useful for the determination of moisture of samples having other interfering agents which is not possible by volumetric method.On Spectralab’s Coulometer, titrations cam be performed using single Coulometric solution, Double Coulometric solution and by mixture of KF and Methanol also. Moreover, being compact it occupies a very less Lab space and comes with PC & Printer interface. It is also 21CFR Part 11 compliant.

Karl Fischer Titrator MA -101C

 

This is an accurate, fast and most efficient method for determining the moisture content in samples. When a sample is titrated in the presence of So,, L, and an organic base, moisture from the sample gets extracted in the solvent. Though, moisture from gases & liquids gets easily dissolved in methanol. Therefore, specially dried methanol is used as a solvent in Karl Fischer titration.

 

It is an advanced Microcontroller based user friendly product design with alphanumeric splash proof soft touch keyboard. Provided with a user interactive software in a dialogue mode allow easy operation with protection against invalid entries. These are also provided with quit and back keys for better user interaction.

Karl Fischer Titrator KF-9

Karl Fischer Titrator KF-9 is user friendly, accurate and economical. In spite of its advanced specifications, aesthetic looks, good accuracy, user friendly display messages & all the above excellent features, it is economically priced. Since the pump mechanism is simple, maintenance is low and the only part that needs attention / replacement is small portion of tubing.
