Incepted in the year 2005, we are one of the renowned manufacturers in the sphere of concrete paver bricks, interlocking paver stone, decorative paver stone, designer pavers, concrete paver block, interlocking paver block, landscape pavers, oldcastle pavers, paver bricks, paver blocks, paver stone and the first in catering exclusively to the Premium-end Designer Paver segment. We have our own manufacturing facility in Bangalore & Goa and all our designs are registered.
We offer our clients a wide range of premium designer pavers manufactured from cement concrete and pigments and are widely used to top driveways, walkways, ornamental paths, stilts, patios and other places where sturdy and elegant floor is required. The range is manufactured using latest vibration technology to give better material strength. In the year 2007, we established our 2nd manufacturing facility at Goa to cater to Goa & Maharashtra markets. Our company is approved in all government departments such as PWD, CPWD, Railways and Military (MES). Presently the company’s presence is in Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa & Maharashtra. Our marketing offices are located at Bangalore, Mangalore, Hubli, Goa, Calicut, Cochin, Coimbatore, Mumbai, Nagpur and Pune.

How to Lay the Paver Block?Items required for laying
- Block Cutter
- Alignment Bar
- Rubber hammer for tapping blocks without damaging the surface
- Plate vibrator for final compaction with two to three paves of the plate
Laying instructions:
- Organize all materials like blocks, sand, vibrators and cutter.
- Plan your schedule to avoid delivery of materials before they are needed as they congest the site.
- Keep the sand with moisture content; do not use sand which is 100% dry.
- Do not spread sand for larger areas, as it will dry out and reduce the performance.
- Preferably, use sand of 50mm screeded properly.
- Pavers should be laid with hand tight to pattern on screeded layer of 50mm sand bed.
- Spectra Premium Pavers are designed with NIBS which provide definite gap between blocks. Dry sand should be spread and swept over the area and further vibrated to fill joints.
- Complete laying operations like cutting, vibrating and joint filling (with sand) are to be done on the same day. It is important to note that the laying operations should not be done on a piecemeal basis. It should be completed in all aspects on the same day.
- Joints should be filled with clean dry sand, so that it flows better and fills joints effectively.
- Edge Curbing: There should be adequate restraint around the perimeter of all paved area to support traffic loads and to prevent the escape of laying course material from beneath the paved surface
- It is recommended to provide a slope of 3” on the wider side and 2” on the linear side for every 10’ of laying area.

Our MentorsUnder the able guidance of our founder Mr.V.Krishnamurthy, who is a Commerce post graduate is the pioneer in the Cement concrete industry. He has over 30 years of experience in this cement concrete segment. He is also the promoter & chairman of M/s Ultra Tile Pvt Ltd., (an associate concern of us) the brand leader in the cement designer tiles industry. His contribution to the industry over the period of 30 years is immense and immeasurable. He introduced the vibration technology to India & the two-layer manufacturing to the designer tiles segment. His contribution to this segment is still growing.
Under the profound guidance of Mr.B.Kumar, a commerce graduate and a Chartered Accountant, Gold Medalist - achieving the unique distinction of All India First Rank in his Chartered Accountancy Exams, besides a qualified information systems Auditor, has been associated with Mr.V.Krishnamurthy, since past several years. stone etc to our clients. Further, our quality control managers also assist us in conducting vital tests on the products to ensure fabrication of flawless range that meet the specific process requirements of the end users. The manufactured range of pavers is quality tested on varied parameters like:
- Split tensile strength
- Compressive strength
- Water absorption
- Abrasion/wear resistance
At our company, we first check the raw materials used, Secondly the finished goods is checked by Quality Inspector before being sent to the stores. Finally Dispatch supervisor inspects each and every Paver that is being dispatched. Random samples tested in ISO certified labs periodically. We being a clientele oriented manufacturers, do not compromise regarding quality and thus we implement several quality parameters. Our range confirms to the technical specification of BIS. We follow Indian standards 15658 of 2000. |
