We have in store for our clients Anti-Collision Device for Cranes that work on the principle of retro-reflective infrared waves. These devices are equipped with an emitter, sensor module and a special reflector. The infrared waves radiated by the emitter are directed towards the reflector, which reflects the same in the direction of sensor. This results in activation of an alarm signal and reduction in the speed of the crane. However, if the two cranes are at a distance and the reflected waves do not reach the sensor, the cranes will operate normally.
Specifications:
- Sensing distance is adjustable between 3 to 10 meters
- Suitable for the continuous duty applications
- For one pair of cranes two sets of anti-collision system are required
