The panel body is fabricated from high quality CRC sheet and duly powder coated. The panel body is so designed that all the controls are easily accessible and in easy reach of the operator. All the electrical components are of reputed make and fitted in logical manner for easy of maintenance.

Panel can be operated in fully automatic mode or manual mode as per the operator’s wish. Our panel precisely controls mixing of aggregates, sand, water and other additives as per the required job mix formula.

Heavy duty push buttons, toggle switches, knobs & levers are placed in logical manner / sequence for operating and controlling the plant. All panels are having in built safety devices like fuses, MCB, MCCB, relays, over load protection, emergency stop button etc. and indicating devices like lamps, meters etc. for no flow, main power supply and electric motors. Over and above Mimic display ensures the functioning status of all components of the plant.

Our panel has the features of computer interfacing and provided with printer serial port and USB port.
