STD2000: Multi-functional calibrator & 5 ranges & high accuracy

General Information

• Desired value setting is possible by choosing a number for each digit.
• Five ranges can be switched respectively for each function of DC current, DC voltage, AC voltage, and AC current. The resistance is comprised of two types of terminals: a common terminal for 0-200kO and 10O step, and a terminal dedicated for switching of 6 ranges between 190O and 19MO.
• Achieves enhanced accuracy and precision of reference voltage and resistor element, and overcomes the problem of drifting of the operational amplifier. Use of the standard voltage IC with a constant-temperature bath for the reference voltage, and wire wound resistor and metal film resistor with low temperature coefficient for the resistor element. An IC of the low-drift type is used for the operational amplifier, thereby achieving high accuracy of ±0.05%.
• Use of electronic soft-touch push button switches except the power switch. Speedy value setting and operation are possible. The relay of the low thermal electromotive force type and semiconductor switch are used for circuit switches to enhance heat resistance and durability.
• Overload protection in case of low voltage and current is performed on the semiconductor circuit, and overload protection in case of medium and high voltage is achieved by releasing the output terminal and output voltage circuit to assure safety. When overload current runs in the voltage range of 20V or more, the LED for DC and AC resetting lights up to give warning.

STD5000M: Memory Installed & Six functions

STD5000M is a calibrator with soft touch buttons that can generate a desired DC voltage/current, AC voltage/current, resistance, frequency, etc., with a high degree of accuracy and stability. Voltage (DC and AC) from 0 to 1000V in six ranges and current from 0 to 2000mA in six ranges can be generated.

It has two resistance generations, and OHM 1 function with a single range of 0 to 500 kohm in 10ohm steps and an OHM 2 function with 24 kinds of fixed resistance values. Frequency generation is from 30 to 999 KHZ at 0 to 20V. STD5000M is equipped with a memory function allowing a broad range of uses for the devices.

• High accuracy ±0.03% (DCV)
  Accuracy is determined by the exactness of reference voltage and resistance elements, temperature coefficient, drift of an operational amplifier, etc. Therefore, STD5000M uses IC-generating standard voltage with a constant temperature oven as the reference voltage, a metallic film resistor or wire-wound resistor with a broad allowable tolerance and a low temperature coefficient for resistance elements, and low drift ICs for the operation amplifier.
  
• Calibration with six functions
  STD5000M has six built-in functions for calibration (DCV, ACV, DCA, ACA, OHM, HZ) and can be used for research, calibration, or maintenance of DMMs, DPMs, circuit testers or industrial instruments. It can also be used as a sensor.
  
• 6 x 15 (90) different operations can be stored.
  With a memory function for 80 output settings, STD5000M can keep 6 X 15 (90) operations in memory, which is useful for repetitive calibration with the same device.
  
• Speedy and stable settings
  Except for the power switch, all operations are done by soft-touch push buttons. Semiconductor switches and latching relays with a low electromotive force for the circuit switches allow superior thermostability and durability.
  
• Overload protection
  Semiconductor circuits provide overload protection during generation of low voltage current. To increase the safety level, middle/high voltage overload is compensated for with open circuits and output terminals.
