| With the 6-11 economy versions, we have placed the emphasis – just as its name indicates – on the economical aspects for our customers. For this reason, the machine is reduced to the most important application options. The “economy” characteristics are almost as good as the “universal” ones, but it cannot be equipped with a tampon cleaning or a doctor contact pressure regulation. The tampon stroke can’t be adjusted either. | We offer Hermetic 6-11 Universal Pad Printing Machine. The 6-11 universal is equipped with an 60 mm ink/doctoring cup and reaches a speed of up to 4,100 cycles per hour. The doctoring quality can be controlled thanks to the linearly adjustable doctor contact pressure. This also applies to Hermetic 9-11 and Hermetic 150. Tampon stroke can be adjusted. Optionally a tampon cleaning can also be integrated, without any rebuilding work. The 6-11 is specially suited for use in automated systems thanks to its control signals exchange interface. | We offer Hermetic 9-11 Universal Pad Printing Machine. The 9-11 is the obvious successor to the very popular Hermetic 90. With its 90 mm diameter ink/doctoring cup it makes a maximum of 3,600 cycles per hour. And here as well, a tampon cleaning unit can be integrated. Thanks to its compact construction, the PLC control and interfaces, it has been designed for use in automated systems. | We offer Hermetic 150 Pad Printing Machine. The Hermetic 150 is particularly well suited for integration into customized systems and offers wide areas of application in contract work. The flagship of the Hermetic series is as easy to operate as the smaller machines of the same series. If desired, a tampon cleaning can be installed on the side of the unit. Due to its weight, the 150 is “only” available as a floor standing or built-in model.
