• Make sure you choose a suitable ink before use. Open the packaging to check whether or not precipitation, hard-setting, gelation, and color distortion arose. Stir ink well before use;
• Apply SPTA specific thinner (S-3 slow, S-16P regular, S-63P fast) to achieve a printable viscosity;
• It is necessary to do tests and determine adhesion and other properties after 24 hours of natural drying before final production printing.
• Finished prints can not contact ink to ink with soft PVC for fear that its plasticizer results in ink stickiness and loss of color.
• Add approx. 6% XB2-516 hardener when printing household  appliances requiring water resistance. The mixed ink must be used up in 4 to 6 hours. End of life product will reduce adhesion drastically.

We offer PP-Syringes Inks. Recommended for Korean Rotary printing system where speed could goes to 15000/hr. Ink therefore successfully used as Syringe printing ink.

• Good adhesion to most PP. When used with hardener and treatment agent can also achieve good  adhesion to some PE materials.

Applications:

• Make sure you choose the suitable ink before use. Open the packaging to check whether or not precipitation, hard-setting, gelation, and color distortion arose. Stir well before use;
• Apply PPB specific thinner (S-3 very slow,S-4 slow, S-16 regular,S-36 fast) to achieve a printable viscosity;
• Apply pre-test before actual printing, Check the performance after air dry 24 hours;
• Select XB2-515 Hardener when using a 2 part system. Add 10-15% (W/W) then mix well. The mixed ink must be used up within 4-6 hours. After this time product adhesion will reduce drastically.
• Before printing, apply PP or PE treatment agent to pre treat the surface of certain materials that have insufficient adhesion.
