| We offer Printing Blades. Step blade is advisable for engraved roller with lamella, which gives sharp impression due to sharp cutting/ cleaning of the ink on the roller. Handling is quite simple. the remains of emery on blade with cloth thoroughly and use it again. If dent is too deep replace the blade.
Advantages over Conventional Blades - The Blade life is at least up to 6 times longer than a Conventional Blade.

| We offer Thinner Metering System (With Mixing Pump):
Utility: - Set dozes according to the viscosity required. When machine is switched on along with thinner it churns ink in the system itself.
- Applied for sealed systems as well as open system.
- Mounted on the left side of the printing machine.
Note: - Dosing volume depends on machines.
- Least count of .5 gm to 1 gm.
- These are solar operated. No need of an electricity or battery.
Placing into operation for open cup: Connect to plug socket of printing machine only! Metering system has to be switched off with printing machine to prevent overflowing of doctoring cup. If there is no plug socket on the printing machine and current supply is made externally the Thinner Metering System must always be switched off when machine is stopped. Main switch on top side of unit “ON“. Greene signal lamp shows system is working (system is working only if printing machine is switched on).
Setting the dosage for open cup: Dosing volume depends on machine speed and ink type. - Infinitely variable dosage from 131, relating to flow rate in 8 hours:
- 1 corresponds to flow rate of 15 ml
- 15 corresponds to flow rate of 35 ml
- 30 corresponds to flow rate of 60 ml
