| We offer Gravure Inks/ Flexographic Inks. Flexographic printing is a direct relief printing method using flexible printing plates and low-viscosity printing inks. The main field of application is the decoration of flexible packaging made of plastic materials, paper and cardboard as well as wine and sparkling wine bottle caps and adhesive tapes.
The Gravure printing method is used both in graphic artwork and for commercial reproduction. Here too the main fields of application include packaging made of plastics, paper and cardboard as well as wine and sparkling wine bottle caps. Moreover, the printing method is used when it comes to decorating special papers for cigarette tips and decor foils for the furniture industry.

Two-component ink: For high quality technical articles in the cosmetics, electronic, sports and automobile industry.
T-45: One component ink for molded object made of plastic in the toy, household and electronic industry. Can print onto a variety of plastics like polycarbonates, polystyrene, ABS and acrylics.
T-18: Universal pad printing ink for plastic parts in the appliance, electronics and household machinery industry. Suitable for polyolefin’s (PE/PP), ABS, acrylics, polyamide, polycarbonate, polystyrene, rigid PVC, SAN, wood and paper.

The screen printing method is suitable for decorating a large variety of flat and formed substrates, including various types of plastics, metal, ceramics, glass etc. Screen printing applications can be found mainly in the fields of plastic processing, glass decoration and optical media as well as in the graphic industry and label printing.
The trend towards colorful and imaginative packaging varieties in the 1970s led to the development of RUCO printing ink series for industrial screen printing applications. Today the company offers a comprehensive range of one- or two-component inks for decorating a wide range of different substrates by conventional screen printing.

| We offer UV Flexo Inks. The UV offset printing method is used mainly in industrial applications including the decoration of optical media, credit and telephone cards as well as cups, buckets and containers. In addition, the packaging and label industries also use the UV letterpress printing and UV Flexographic printing techniques.
With its continuous research and development efforts, RUCO has become one of the market leaders in the field of UV-curing printing inks. As early as at the beginning of the 1980s, the company developed the first UV dry offset inks. Today several highly reactive and abrasion-resistant UV offset ink series are available. A UV letterpress printing ink with good resistance to solvents and water as well as an ITX- and silicone-free UV Flexo printing ink round off the range offered to the label and packaging industries. 060-UV: Drinking glasses and ice cream cups.
055-UV: Credit cards and phone cards by waterless offset.
050-UV: Compact discs by waterless offset with cooled printing plates like nyloplates. Excellent gloss and scratch resistance.
