The process of Batch type washing/drying machine with DG cleanser hot emulsion is as follows

• The Components are loaded in the basket/pallet suitable for each type of component.
• The basket or pallet is loaded to the wash/dry zone for washing and further for drying. The timing for washing and drying is preset.
• During washing the components are washed for all-round cleaning by pressure DG cleanser hot emulsion for preset time under fixed spray nozzle header arrangement.
• When drying the shafts and gears are exposed for a preset period under pressurized ambient, air blown through fixed air knives nozzle headers are arranged.
• Pressure washing of components is with nozzle pressure @ 6 bars max, is considered with DG cleanser emulsion media heated to 60 - 70 C
