Our objective is to become one of the leaders in implementing new manufacturing technologies, which translate into superior products for our customers. We have an infrastructure that is spread over an area of 12,500 square feet and is equipped with modern machinery. This allows us to meet client orders of various magnitudes, within the stipulated time frame.
We presently have more than 60 machines in our unit, which has enabled us to have a production capacity of 30,000 pieces per month. Our quality control unit functions with the sole aim of maintaining the quality in all the processes of the organization. Here, the procured raw material is put through stringent tests and checks. After the grade has been determined, the material is put into use in the manufacturing process. Our in-house design unit also allows us to design and manufacture a flawless range of knitted garments as specified by the customers.
