This model is adjustable pre-set, with automatic carton sealing and automatic flap closer. It does not require any operator and can be attached at the end of line for on line flap closing and carton sealing at the top. It takes bottom sealed loaded cartons from the conveyor system automatically index them into the top flap folding section and then seals the top by bopp tape. The indexing system controlled electronically and pneumatically ensures that only one carton is released from endless belt to flap folding section and other carton is released only when the first carton reaches top sealing section. This system avoids the chances of two-three cartons getting released and sealed together. This machine contains no belts which ensures less wear and tear. The carton are guided/pushed in carton flap folding section and carton top sealing section by s. S. Guides/rods fixed on two parallel chains. These chains runs in uhmw guides for smooth and noiseless operation. The flap folder/closer and sealing heads are independently carried on seperate columns allowing rapid and precise setting for size change and giving mechanical rigidity.

Carton Carton Sealer Model SSA is adjustable machine which is pre-set as per size of Carton and seals the carton from both top and bottom by BOPP Tape. Only one operator is required to close the flaps of cartons manually and push the cartons for sealing. Machine has inbuilt Gravity rollers at both ends(Infeed and Outfeed) for smooth and easy movement of cartons before and after sealing. The Sealing heads are carried on coulumns allowing rapid and precise setting for size change and giving mechanical rigidity.

Carton carton sealer model sse is similar to model ssa with only difference that it is fitted with only one geared motor and two belts instead of two geared motor and four belts as in case of model ssa. It is also adjustable machine which is pre-set as pre size of carton and seals the carton from both top and bottom by bopp tape.

Case packer model : cartina-f(pick & place) is for 180 ml. Pet/glass new & recycled stored bottles. And output range upto 240 bpm.

This is a level filler and maintains same level while filling particular size by gravity principle.
Benefits: Direct contact of filling tank and filling nozzle (both in Stainless Steel) with bottles in which liquid to be filled. There is no chance of contamination as no plastic tubings are provided in Gravity Filling Machine.

Linearomatic f & r, this is high speed linear labeling machine, whose output is 240 bpm. Model f is suitable for flat bottles and widely used in liquor industry. Model r is for round bottles and widely used in pharma & beverage industry.

This model of capping machine is exactly similar to model zigma sealing machine but it is fitted with special guala heads which is spring loaded and the bottom portion contains casted nylon/uhmw disc so that while pressing of guala caps the caps does not get damaged.

Ropp capper with standard capping heads with two threading and two sealing rollers can seal different diameters and heights of ropp caps (standard deep drawn, semi deep drawn, extra deep drawn caps etc. ). Machine is fitted with hopper cap feeder for standard caps. For deep drawn and other type/shape of caps; vibratory cap feeder has to be ordered separately.

This model of capping machine is fitted with special design lengthy heads instead of standard heads. The main advantage of this head is that the individual arm setting for two threading rollers and two sealing rollers is possible, accurate perfect and high speed sealing, in case of no cap, the arm will not come closer, hence no chance of neck chipping etc.

In this machine, sealing heads provided are special sealing centering heads with self centering spring loaded guides. When bottle comes under the head it centers the bottle automatically. The variation in height and verticality of bottle is controlled by the spring loaded guides. The machine is basically used in liquor industry to seal 750ml round second hand bottles.

It is a rotary level filling machine, which employs suction method, the simplest way of filling liquid into bottles. Excess liquid is sucked back by vacuum thereby renders same level of filling in all bottles.
