Mainetti Group started with the production processes in 1997 in India under joint venture with the Shah family and Mr. Rasik bhai was the one of the Director of the Indian operations till the break of the Joint Venture in year 2002. Mr. shah stepped into the plastic industry, from field of Plastic utility articles and has the required technical qualification, he grew up from nowhere and has reached at the heights of business.

He is having more than 35 years of intensive knowledge and extensive experience in the plastic industry, with exclusive attention to designing, development of molds and manufacture of plastic hangers for the garment industry. He and his team of committed professionals constantly work to bring out new and innovative products to suit their customers' demands. Besides, he keeps upgrading the infrastructure to increase the production capacity of his manufacturing units.

We have a well developed quality checking unit, which assists us in conducting stringent checks at each stage of production. This quality checking processes takes place from the procurement of raw materials to the packaging and final delivery of the products. Since we have vast product array it is necessary for us to have a large storing place that can store bulk quantities of finished products. Hence, we have a large in-house warehouse with a controlled atmosphere that is favorable for the plastic hangers. We have segregated the store house into different sections for different products that enables faster identification of the articles during packaging and delivery. We also ensure that the storage area is kept free from flammable objects to prevent damage.

We also have packaging machines to carry our packing work within the factory premises. The products are packed in quality material to make sure that they do not crack or break during the transit stage.
