This Automatic Steam Valve has been designed to open and close automatically based on time or temperature of the steam that is to be passed into the steaming tanks or the hot water tanks so that it reduces the fatigue of the operators and even a layman could operate this machine with ease. Moreover, the quality of paddy and rice could be maintained uniformly by avoiding the operators’ error committed during the opening and closing of the manual steam valves.

This Maxi Silky Polisher has been designed to obtain higher degree of polish with extra glossiness with silky effect on rice. It has an extra polishing cylinder to produce better polish and for higher capacity of rice. Higher commercial value for rice is one of the major benefits of this machine.

The On-line Dryer Moisture Controller is a vital control equipment to maintain required level of moisture in the raw / steamed/ boiled paddy during the drying process in the Paddy Dryer .This machine has been indigenously designed and developed by us to reduce the rate of brokens in the rice by maintaining an optimum moisture in the Paddy before the milling process. It also helps the rice millers to overcome the problem of shortage of skilled operators of Paddy Dryers as even a layman can operate this machine with ease. We are the first and the only successful manufacturer in India to introduce this machine in 2002 and numerous machines are working successfully across India and the rice millers have benefitted to a large extent by obtaining lesser rate of brokens and maintaining the required level of moisture depending on the variety of Paddy and the climatic conditions.

Our Pneumatic Husker is a highly efficient and latest machine used for husking process of paddy automatically with lesser rate of brokens of rice and increases the life of rubber rolls. The machine runs on pneumatic mechanism which helps to avoid its idle running when paddy is not flowing into dehusking chamber and both the rollers get disengaged. There are two high speed blowers attached to this machine, one keeps the machine cool and other is engaged to suck the hot air.

Our range of Rice Length Grader is efficient to separate one or two kinds of broken or shorter grains from whole grain by length. The speciality of length grader over a sieve or thickness/width grader is that it can separate grain or shorter grain which is more than half of the whole grain. The stocks fed in to rice length grader, the indented cylinder type, are taken up by the indents of the rotating cylinder. The longer sized grains drop out of the indents and the smaller grains remaining in the indents is thrown in to the catch trough. Our range is featured with following:

This Semi-automatic Steam Valve Controller has been designed to maintain uniform time or temperature of the steam that is to be passed into the steaming tanks or the hot water tanks so that uniformity of cooking or temperature of the paddy can be maintained in all the tanks, thereby, enabling to produce uniform color and quality of rice in all the tanks during a single batch, various batches and different periods of paddy processing.

This newly developed Semi-silky Polisher is more suitable for Polishing rice sold in rural areas. It gives smoothness to white rice which is rough in texture and adds glossiness to rice when water is sprayed into the chamber. The polish can be adjusted by a set of spring loaded nut. It is attached with a blower at the rear end to cool the rice and to clean the  surface of the rice.

Thickness Sizer manufactured by us is proficient in accurate grain sizing, cleaning, keeping grains free from contamination. The thickness/width Sizer comprise of revolving cylindrical screens which discharge smaller grains through the slots or round holes on the screen and to the outside of the machine. It is efficient enough to produce high quality rice by separating broken and immature grains easily. Our Sizer is high in demand because of following features:

It’s a new generation machine designed and developed for separating stones and sand from Paddy and Rice in an efficient and trouble-free manner using Vibratory Motors.  Our newly developed Destoner is superior over the conventional blowing method which cannot perform this separation efficiently and pollution-free manner since suction technology is adopted. It’s compact in design and requires very low motor power and lesser maintenance.
