Performance
Sodium Carboxymethyl starch is a kind of negative ion macromolecular substance and it is white or off white powder.
With the characteristic of quickly soluble in cold water, transparent colloid, no bad smell and easily hygroscopic, the water solution of cms has good adhesion, film forming property, enhance tackiness, thickening property, better stabilizer, water-binding power and oilphobicity.
Application
- In textile as an excellent sizing ageSodium Starch Glycolatent. It is considered an inexpensive substitute for pva.
- In paper industry for improved surface properties ion sizing and also as partial substitute for casein in pigment coating.
- In printing industry as print paste additive for improvement in colour value. Also as a suitable thickener for transfer printing.
- In combination with modified guar gum, it makes excellent thickening agent for printing of disperse dyes on polyester fabrics.
- It is also used as adhesive and binder in various other products like wall paper, latex, plywood, ceramics, paints, inks, oil well drilling etc.
Packing:
In 50 kg packed in polythene liner with outer woven high density polythene bag. Special packing can be arranged on request.

 | Thin Boiling Starch |  |

By treating starch with inorganic or organic acid, non crystal structure of particles is decomposed and the inherent swelling property of starch falls down and turns to soluble. As this product is not soluble in cold water but by heating, it becomes solution with low viscosity, it is called as thin boiling starch. It forms less hygroscopic shiny film. By adjusting decomposition, it can be obtained a special product with strong gelatins in cool condition.
Sree tex has been developed for sizing natural, synthetic and mixed yarns. It is compatible and can be used in mixtures with other sizing agents.
Sree Tex a new generation chemical modified starch with:

- Improved printability and better prink ink holding
- Better surface strength, wax picks resistance, smoothness.

Preparation of Solution:
Sree tex can be dissolved in an open system in the usual way by adding to cold water under good agitation. The mixture is supplied with necessary additives, warmed up and cooked at 85 c for 30 minutes.
Packaging and Storage:
Modified starch sree tex is usually packaged in 50 kg polythene liner with outer woven high density polythene bag. special packing can be arranged on request. modified starch sree tex should be help in clean, dry and airy storerooms.
