Made from special cast iron, piston rings are used for sealing the gap between a piston and the cylinder wall. Its main features are:

• It helps in sealing of combustion or expansion chamber,
• It supports heat transfer from the piston to the cylinder wall,
• It regulates engine oil consumption.

We manufacture and offer a range of cylinder pistons that are made using high quality aluminum pressure die casting. These LM-13 materials are heat treated. Superior in quality, these pistons help in giving compression to the engines.

These cylindrical pistons have better efficiency and are offered in various shapes and sizes.

We provide  C.R Bearings and Main Bearings which are precision made, our range of C.R bearings are durable in quality and assure us of higher performance. Our engineers have manufactured these products from high grade raw materials. We offer a range of C.R. Bearings that include:

1. valve plate/ spring plate:

manufacturers of valve plate, spring plate, cushion plate and reed. we have facilities of our heat-treatment plant and modern hi-tech machineries, technical expertise, skilled workers and try to adopt latest concept and technology.

materials:- the standard valve plate and reed material is of aisi-420 stainless steel which provides uniform high hardness. Chemical compositions are shown as in table below.

spring plate materials are aisi-304 stainless steel which is hardened and tempered steel. chemical composition are shown as in table below.

material of piston: lm 13 and lm 14

3. piston rings:

material of piston ring: graded gray cast iron

We design and fabricate a wide array of marine cylinder liners that come with sizes and dimensions. Manufactured from superior quality centrifugal castings, our products also come with various special compositions that ensure better resistance from wear and tear. Our range of liners are available in bore sizes upto 400mm. Some of the different specifications of these liners are :

Chemical composition also maintained as per customer specified limits .

Hardness

The hardness of cylinder liner is carefully maintained during various casting process. Our hardness of the liner in the range of 220-280 BHN.

Heat treatment

We are also capable of doing annealing stress relieving after rough machining.

NITRIDING / PHOSPHATING / CHROME PLATING:

As per the clients' specifications, we also provide Nitriding Manganese Phosphate /Chrome plating in the final product.
