We manufacture an extensive range of inlet and exhaust valves. These valves are durable and long lasting in nature. Adhering to the international standards, our range of valves find their application in different automobiles.

We manufacture our inlet and exhaust valves in different raw materials like: EN24 (BS817M40), EN52(BS401s45), 21-4N (BS349S52) etc. that are made by metal gathering upset forging process. Our range of bimetallic valves are friction welded. Besides offering a range of valves, we also provide various process like Chrome flash on stem, Stellite on seat and tip area, Nitriding/Tuftriding.

We manufacture and offer a wide array of valve seats that are fabricated from high quality en-52 forging steel.

Available in various dimensions, these valve seats are durable in quality and assure better output. We are also capable of manufacturing valve seats in materials and sizes as per clients' specifications.

We fabricate a range of valve guides that are made from cast iron. These are manufactured using high precision machines and equipment, our products are heat treated to make them more tough.

All these products come with closely maintained inner/outer diameter that comes with highly smooth inner surface and fine gridded outside which helps in correct fitments. We also offer non ferrous valve guides that are manufactured from superior quality phosphorus bronze and special alloys.

Our range of fuel injection parts include a wide range of dimensions and specifications. Precision engineered, our range of fuel injection parts are manufactured by our team of engineers and technical experts at our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit. Durable in quality, our products adhere to the international standards of quality an dare widely demanded by our clients in the international market.

We design and fabricate a wide array of cylinder liners that come with sizes and dimensions. Manufactured from superior quality centrifugal castings, our products also come with various special compositions that ensure better resistance from wear and tear. Our range of liners are available in bore sizes upto 400mm. Some of the different specifications of these liners are :

Hardness

The hardness of cylinder liner is carefully maintained during various casting process. Our hardness of the liner in the range of 220-280 BHN.

Heat treatment

We are also capable of doing annealing stress relieving after rough machining.

NITRIDING / PHOSPHATING / CHROME PLATING:

As per the clients' specifications, we also provide Nitriding Manganese Phosphate /Chrome plating in the final product.

We provide CR Bearings which are precision made , our range of C.R bearings are durable in quality and assure us of higher performance. Our engineers have manufactured these products from high grade raw materials. We offer a range of C.R. Bearings that include:

• BI Metal
• TRI Metal

We manufacture and offer a range of cylinder pistons that are made using high quality aluminum pressure die casting. These LM-13 materials are heat treated . Superior in quality, these pistons help in giving compression to the engines.

These cylindrical pistons have better efficiency and are offered in various shapes and sizes.

Made from special cast iron, piston rings are used for sealing the gap between a piston and the cylinder wall. Its main features are:

• It helps in sealing of combustion or expansion chamber,
• It supports heat transfer from the piston to the cylinder wall,
• It regulates engine oil consumption.
