FACTORY INFRASTRUCTURE:
We have 3 factories in Tirupur with capacity of each 30,000 pcs per month for knitwear.
2 factories in Chennai for woven garments with capacity of each 15,000 pcs per month.
Two factories in Karur for Madeups items.
Tie up with 7 units in Chennai / Pondicherry / Delhi for garment accessories manufacturing.

Time estimates FOR SAMPLING:
We have separate sampling department with highly dedicated personnel to look after exclusively to customer sampling requirements. Since sampling programme being highly time sensitive, we summarize below our minimum development time required.

Fabric: Jersey,Interlock and Ribs:
1. Using available colors in same fabric : 3 days
2. Using requested colors in same fabric : 10 days
3. Yarn dyed : Available col
4. ours : 5 days
5. Yarn dyed : Actual colors : 3 weeks

TRIMS AND EMBELLISHMENTS:
1. Motif prints : Pigments and Plastisol : 3 days
2. Transfer prints : 10 days
