The LPS 3 Roller Machine is manufactured in Singed design i.e. Ball Bearing type in corp-orating two anti-friction (High speed) Bearings of sizes 6204 + 6206. The rising mouth is 9" with two feeding Rollers which are driven by on worm and three gears fitted by an all box for greater efficiency & longer life.The machine is mounted on strong legs power required1 H.P or 2 H.P

Length of Chaff can be changed with gear lever instantly .All gears of machines are of steel gears duly hardened. The gear box have 4 bearings for running gear smoothly and for long life.This main Axle (Shaft) of the machine is Fitted with Two High Speed Bearings No.6207

Badal geavy duty steel gear blower type us mainly development for commercial use and for dairy having 100 or more animals. The chassis of the machine is of iron angle and it is fitted on strong heavy angle legs and braces, with forged feet,which enable the machines to be bolted to the ground.Four wheel can be fitted with the legs to make the machine portable.

•  Before starting the machine ,fill the main gear  box with 250 ml lubricating 
•  oil the outer gear box with 100 ml lubricating  oil & greese.
•  Always keep the blades sharp.
•  You can chaff sugarcane , jower, maize, Barseen both dry & green.
•  Conveyor system can be fitted by demand
